BioI am a middleaged woman seeking to create a better second half of a life. I am married (5 years) and we are selling our house and going to live in a truck. That's right. I agree, it is insane. In the meantime, I am starting the new life by quitting the one thing I have clung to for over 30 years...dieting. Is it possible?
